A bespoke Shopify Plus solution for luxury growth
The brief
Already on Shopify, Orelia had outgrown their outdated and limiting store template. They needed a bespoke Shopify Plus solution that would support them in reaching their growth ambitions.
A rebrand was run in tandem and launched at the same time as the project. The new site needed to reflect its new luxury feel while meeting user expectations.
Providing customers with a personalised experience and the ability to engrave certain jewellery items was also key.
The solution
We revitalised the Orelia brand story through a new design and flexible theme, enhancing its appeal and bringing its essence to life. With a focus on user experience, we integrated custom colour swatches, bespoke bundles, and upsell functionality across product, collection, and cart pages, effectively communicating Orelia's luxury product offerings to customers.
To bolster Orelia's global reach and transaction capabilities, we implemented powerful features of Shopify Plus such as multi-currency support, Shopify Payments, and Shopify Scripts. This ensured a seamless and secure shopping experience for customers worldwide. Additionally, we personalised the shopping journey through third-party integrations and a custom app, offering options like Zodiac, icon, and font engraving to cater to individual preferences.
To enrich the visual appeal and functionality of Orelia's online presence, we utilised a customised Klevu solution on their collection pages, showcasing lifestyle imagery that resonates with their audience. Furthermore, to establish Orelia as a preferred gift destination, we integrated features like Drop A Hint, gifts by price, Bundle Builder, Gift Wrap Plus, and eGift cards. Completing the project, we conducted comprehensive remote user testing to ensure the site's user-friendliness and identify opportunities for further optimisation.
