A modern, scalable solution for Prestige's DTC journey

Magento 1 end-of-life was fast approaching, and Prestige were held back by a clunky, outdated site. A cost-efficient and easy to manage solution that would put them back in control was required.

The site needed to be streamlined, accessible and user friendly to support their move to DTC.

To elevate their direct to consumer (DTC) presence, we implemented industry best practices such as prominent signposting, showcasing bestsellers, a unique selling proposition (USP) bar, and clear delivery messaging. These elements were strategically designed to enhance navigation and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Additionally, we developed a 'Pan Set Builder' functionality to offer a personalized shopping experience, allowing customers to customise their purchases according to their preferences and needs.

Collaborating with integration partner VL OMNI, we seamlessly integrated with Prestige's picking and packing app, Papa, to optimise order fulfilment processes. This integration streamlined operations and improved efficiency, ensuring orders were processed swiftly and accurately. Furthermore, we implemented third-party apps to enrich the customer experience, including functionalities for reviews, flexible payment options, and enhanced customer service capabilities.

Leveraging Shopify's native features such as their Wishlist app and built-in search functionality further augmented the site's usability and engagement, providing customers with intuitive tools to explore and purchase products seamlessly.

The Prestige site was designed with Meyer Group’s other cookware brands in mind to form a site structure that can support future development.
