The Lakes Distillery wanted a new website to bolster their online presence and enhance user experience, aligning both aesthetically and technically with their established brand. Central to their strategy was crafting an engaging customer journey tailored to their target audience, described as 'leaders, seekers, urbanites, and trendsetters'.
