Suffering from a lack of speed, agility and high costs, Slendertone were held back by their Magento 2 store. They needed an agile platform that would support their DTC growth, reach global audiences, empower their in-house team and depend less on third parties.

Our solution included implementing a flexible eCommerce environment that empowered the Slendertone team with modular themes for easy content editing and management. We prioritised integrating rich media content such as videos, lifestyle imagery, diagrams, and infographics to effectively communicate the scientific benefits of their products to customers. Furthermore, to streamline operational efficiency, we seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, ensuring cohesive management of their backend processes and resources.
In addition to enhancing credibility and engagement, we incorporated user-generated content (UGC) to showcase authentic stories and testimonials from real-life customers. This approach not only instilled trust but also inspired visitors by highlighting the tangible benefits and positive experiences associated with Slendertone products, thereby strengthening their brand reputation and customer loyalty.
